What we do

Wholesale trade between Northern Europe and the EU — structured, documented, compliant.

Incoterms 2020
FCA · DAP

Sourcing

We purchase directly from manufacturers in Northern Europe, without intermediaries. Each category we take on is cleared against the rules of the destination market before a first purchase is made — classification, notification status and labelling. Categories under active mandate are confirmed to verified trade counterparties on request.

Distribution

We sell exclusively to licensed wholesalers and distributors in the European Union, with an initial focus on Germany and the DACH region. Every counterparty is verified before a first transaction: licence status, registry standing and VAT number (VIES).

Logistics

Deliveries are performed FCA or DAP (Incoterms 2020) by licensed carriers. Transport, batch and traceability documentation accompanies every consignment.

Route diagram: goods move from a Northern European manufacturer, under licensed carriage, to licensed distributors in Germany and the wider EU.A chart of Scandinavia, the Baltic Sea and Northern Europe drawn with a latitude and longitude graticule. The principal movement runs from a manufacturing origin in the Northern European latitude band 55 to 69 degrees North, marked FCA at origin, south through the Danish straits — the sealed, insured and documented carriage segment — to a node in Germany marked DAP delivered at a licensed distributor. Lighter secondary lines mark additional European Union destinations served from the same carriage point: Austria, Czechia, Poland, the Netherlands and Denmark. The chart shows directions of supply only; it does not mark offices, warehouses or any establishment of the company. Tax and duty position

The tax and duty treatment of a consignment follows from the classification of the goods in the destination Member State — not from the description on the packaging or the declaration of the manufacturer. We establish that classification in writing, per category and per destination, before an order is released: whether the goods fall within harmonised excise under Directive 2011/64/EU, whether they move under a duty suspension arrangement and within EMCS, and what documentation the destination market requires. Where a category falls outside harmonised excise, that does not displace any other obligation: traceability under Reg. (EU) 2018/574, product notification and national market rules apply in full.

Operating parameters

We work in full pallets. A consignment is planned as one or more pallets, as a part load (LTL) in the Northern Europe–DACH corridor, or as a full truck load (FTL) where the volume warrants it. Movements are planned to run on a recurring weekly corridor schedule rather than as isolated shipments.

We trade to order against confirmed volumes; we do not hold speculative stock. As a working assumption, dispatch from origin follows within one to two weeks of a released and settled order, and DAP delivery in the DACH region within a few business days of dispatch. Both spot consignments and framework agreements with scheduled call-offs are possible. Lead times are indicative and are confirmed per consignment before an order is released.

Our standard for every consignment

  • Carriage arranged by us with licensed carriers — under FCA or DAP, never left to the buyer to collect
  • All-risks cargo insurance, with the nature and value of the goods declared to the insurer
  • CMR consignment note, transport and batch documentation
  • Traceability data reported before the goods move, and travelling with them

Settlement

All transactions are settled by bank transfer; we neither accept nor make cash payments. Payment structures — prepayment or agreed terms — are fixed in writing before goods move.
